These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Smoke Signal Co. website (smokesignalco.com) and services ("Service"). By using the website, requesting a report, or engaging our Service, you agree to these Terms.
What we do
Smoke Signal Co. helps chimney and fireplace companies convert more of their existing website visitors into booked jobs. We install a lightweight lead-capture tool (a single snippet of code) on top of a client's existing website, without changing the site's design, and we can run the follow-up that turns those visitors into leads.
Free website report
Any free report or audit we provide is for informational purposes. It reflects our review at a point in time and is not a guarantee of results, rankings, or revenue.
Pricing and payment
- $0 to start. There is no setup fee to begin.
- $49 per booked job the Service brings you, unless a different rate is agreed in writing.
- A "booked job" means a genuine new appointment or job generated through a lead the Service captured. We'll agree on how bookings are confirmed before you're charged.
- No long-term contract — you may cancel at any time. Fees already earned for jobs booked remain payable.
Your responsibilities
- You represent that you own or are authorized to modify the website where the snippet is installed, and you authorize us to install it.
- You are responsible for responding to and closing the leads the Service delivers.
- You agree to use the Service and any homeowner information you receive lawfully, including complying with applicable marketing, calling, and texting laws.
No guarantee of results
We work hard to catch leads your site is currently losing, but we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings, or revenue. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smoke Signal Co. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Intellectual property
The Service, including our software, snippet, report templates, and website content, remains our property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the snippet on your authorized website while your engagement is active.
Termination
Either party may end the engagement at any time. On termination, we will remove or disable the snippet on request, and any fees earned before termination remain due.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will update the "Last updated" date above.
